The foundation for this track is a broken fluorescent light in a friend’s workshop that you can hear clearly at the end of the track. The rhythms are derived from the noise of the light and a recording made on a walk up a local moor. The rhythm also explores what happens when each entity of the recording has a different time base exploring how the rhythms revolve around moving in and out of synchronisation.
